The dog behavior industry is almost 100% unregulated. This means anyone can start a business and call themselves a dog trainer, even if they have never studied the topic or laid eyes on a dog. Formal education and continuing education are important to us. Our promise to you is that we will remain up to date on the science and data involving how dogs learn and what we can do to support them.
Most importantly, we focus on promoting desirable behaviors rather than solely punishing undesirable behaviors.
